NS8 Corp integrates fluxDVD into iWave to supply Secure DVD Download to Own System to ReelTime and Universal Pictures for International Markets

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA--Nov 28, 2006 -- iWave Interactive Systems ("iWave") the entertainment network division of NS8 Corporation ("NS8") (OTC BB:NSEO.OB - News) has provided a secure DVD download to own system to ReelTime Media Ltd. ("ReelTime") (Australia:RMA.AX - News) as part of its Reeltime.tv on demand entertainment portal. In a partnership with Universal Pictures Australia, ReelTime will launch the first "day-and-date" DVD download-to-own service set for international markets.

Starting early December, consumers will be able to choose from a wide selection of Universal titles led by Miami Vice, which will be available 'day-and-date' of its DVD release in major retail stores. Consumers with high speed broadband internet will be able to purchase and download a wide selection of titles from Universal movies for permanent ownership using a unique 3-copy secure system that allows consumers to download movies to their PC/Laptop, portable device (compatible with Windows Play4Sure technology) and legally burn to their DVD that will contain full DVD functionality.

Unlike many of ReelTime's US peers such as Movielink, Cinemanow, Guba, AOL and iTunes that have already begun providing download-to-own services earlier this year, ReelTime and iWave will be the first to offer this service on an international scale with a major Hollywood studio as a partner and be the first studio approved technology platform to deliver this to consumers on an international scale.

Carl Segal, Executive Vice President of NS8, said "ReelTime is in a great position to rapidly expand this service internationally after Australia. John and his team have partnered with the right studio and content owners to provide a very compelling entertainment offering with latest and greatest new release titles. Being the first to offer international day-and-date movies simply puts ReelTime above all other internet movie services. This international event marks the beginning of a transparent global retail market where the consumer will no longer need to go to a crowded retail or movie rental store to purchase their DVD. We're excited to be their technology partner and equally optimistic that both iWave and ReelTime will be able to anchor this service as the premier international movie service for all consumers."

"International DVD Download to own represents a significant milestone in this emerging digital entertainment industry and gives both ReelTime and iWave a clear competitive advantage globally", commented John Karantzis, Managing Director of ReelTime Media Ltd. "This unique offer will be supported by Universal's world-class content and gives the consumer total freedom to watch titles when they want and where they want. Both ReelTime and iWave are clearly paving the way for the future of portable, in home DVD and PC consumer entertainment."

According to emarketer there are over 850 million internet users worldwide with 349 million residing within Asia and the Asia Pacific regions. IDC forecasts that online video services will generate approximately $1.7 billion in revenue by 2010, up from $230 million in 2005. Forecasts from Informa Telecoms & Media released at the Mobile Entertainment Market (MEM) 2006 conference in London suggest that mobile games, music and video downloads will worth $25.9 billion by 2011.
