Evaluation support
Evaluation support is available for registered developers only. Registration requires only an email address and a password and can be performed here. Registered developers have access to the restricted developer section and can send support requests by email.
Integration support
Integration support is available for registered companies that have signed the FluxDVD agreement and are implementing a Flux solution. These companies have access to the extended developer section and can request email support as well as on-site help from flux engineers. In some special cases this can also include custom programming efforts.
2nd level support
Integration support is available for registered companies that have signed the FluxDVD agreement and have a live fluxDVD implementation. These companies can forward one-time support incidents which are followed up directly witht the customers until completion. We provide guaranteed response times and a service level agreement.
End user support
End users are advised to read the End User FAQ. Additional support is not provided on this site and is handled directly from the provider of the solution.
