Yes. Although it is recommended to have a resonable high quality because the burned DVDs are often watched on big screen TVs.

Yes. The only requirement is that a license with the correct export rights exists.

FluxWMV includes FluxLOAD, high speed download manager that is capable of utilizign the full download bandwidth. The time required for a movie download depends on several factors such as the available bandwidth and size o the movie. An average move takes about 2 hours on a 2 MBit/second connection. Watching and burning can start before the download completes. 

How long does it take to burn a typical WMV to DVD?

The burning process depends on the computer and drive speed as well as the length of the movie. On a modern PC this takes normally less than an hour time. 

Are DVD-Rs burned from a FluxWMV copy protected?

FluxWMV supports unprotected and protected DVD-Rs. For protected DVD-Rs it currently supports recordable CSS and SecureBurn.

Can I use any DVD-R for burning from FluxWMV?

Generally FluxDVD supports every DVD-R. Only if you choose to use recordable CSS as copy protection, you need special recordable DVD-Rs.

Are DVD-Rs burned from FluxWMV compatible with any DVD-Player?

Generally yes, as long as the DVD-Player is able to read recordable media, which almost any DVD-Play which you could have purchase in the last 6 years, does. Only if you decide to use recordable CSS as copy protection, there ar some compatibility problems, especially with DVD Recorders.
