FluxDVD is encoded from the original DVD data by using the FluxDVD Encoder which can be downloaded after registering. The encoded fluxDVD file may optionally be prepared for Digital Rights Management.
The FluxDVD Encoder is used to encode the complete DVD or parts of the DVD. The video is encoded to H.264 high profile and the audio tracks may be used as they exist on the DVD or can be converted to AC-3 Virtual Surround for a reduced file size.

On a fast PC the encoding process is about real-time. It can be automated and integrated in encoding solutions from Rhozet or Digital Rapids.
A typical fluxDVD file size resulting from the encode of a 7-9GB DVD is between 1.5 GB and 2.5 GB depending on the movie and quality settings.
Notes: The Digital Rights Management processing and AC-3 transcoding options require signing of an agreement with ACE. Please contact us.
